It has been a joy to present comedy magic shows each day at the Minnesota State Fair. We do 4 – 5 shows a day and enjoy bringing some smiles to the crowds.

Here we are doing magic for some teen ages between the magic shows at the MN State Fair.

On stage as the crowd starts to grow at the Minnesota State Fair Magic show. I bring magic and fun between the band’s performances. There is a different band every day and so I get to enjoy some top music.

Having some fun with the MN Vikings

Today was a very fun outreach at the U of M Children’s Hospital. The MN Vikings mascot Victor as well as several players come to greet the children. I was enjoying bringing some magic to the children too. I enjoy seeing their smiling faces and hope this brightens their day a bit.

KS95 for Kids

The great people at KS95 have their annual event to raise money for Gillette Children’s Hospital.

I entertained with magic a couple times for this great cause.  Here is Ryan and Shannon from the KS95 Morning show and Stacy from Moon and Stacy the afternoon Radio Personalities.   They are great people, and fun to listen to on the radio. They also have a big heart for the kids!

It is fun to be a magician in Minneapolis and bring smiles to people.  I have done several shows for the children at the Gillette Children’s Hospital.  The kids are having some difficult times, but they are so sweet.

Yes, It is very fun to bring a motivational message to the students at schools. Our program encourages reading and seeing the value of going to the library.  WHen kids do well in reading it helps with every other subject in school. Reading is a foundational and fundamental part of a good education.

Minnesota Magicians Hockey Team

Welcome to Minnesota – the Minnesota Magicians Hockey team!

They have a great line up of players for the coming 2013-14 season and a schedule filled with great matches.

I am excited to announce that I will be their special guest Magician performing at nearly every home game this season. I have tours out of town that will cause me to miss 3-4 games, otherwise this will be a very fun opportunity to bring magic to the fans.

A special stage for magic shows is being set.  I also am planning some hockey related magic to bring the the fans.  We might even saw in half a radio station D.J. one night!!  There will be strolling magic in the stands and photo-ops for the young fans to wear a cape and wave the wand! It will be magic and fun for everyone, along side some great hockey!!!

The Magicians Hockey Team plays at the Richfield Ice Arena in Richfield, Minnesota. The Richfield Ice Arena is a great venue with lots of great seats and visibility for the home games.  There is seating for 1800. It is undergoing a renovation that will make this a showcase for MN Hockey.

The Richfield Ice Arena is a historic venue located just minutes South of downtown Minneapolis.  There is excellent seating surrounding the entire rink so fans will be enjoying the NAHL game experience close up.

The Magicians are and NAHL franchise that brings the excitement of hockey to the Minneapolis/St Paul area. There are a lot of hockey players in Minnesota. Many High School players understand that in order to move on to division I or division III college hockey, they need to first play junior. Therefore, the interest in junior hockey is currently at a premium for players in high school. The team realizes that bringing a team to the twin cities means they are competing with a lot of hockey in the area.  To overcome this, the team plans on making the game experience something that fans will enjoy at an affordable ticket price. We also plan to treat our players and staff the way any successful junior franchise would.

The NAHL is a great league that has been around more than 37 years. There are many NHL alumni that include Eric Lindros and Brian Rolston. The NAHL is the largest junior A league in the nation with teams in 13 states. With an NAHL franchise in the Twin Cities, local players will now have the option to play high level junior hockey close to home. From a player advancement standpoint there is no better place to play. Every week there are college and NHL scouts already attending local showcases, leagues, or high school games. Many scouts make the Twin Cities their home and with the number of Division I and III college hockey programs in the area, players will have the opportunity to be seen and advance.

Girl Scout Magic Show in Edina, MN

I had fun bringing some laughs to the girl scouts at their day camp in Edina, MN. Magic is a fun way to mix up any meeting or event.

Magic for High Schools

It is High School Graduation time and I am rushed with lots of shows for the middle of the night.  Last night was at 3:00AM and the crowd was a blast. The Entertainment chair wrote a note after the show with this comment,

“Awesome show! Very entertaining – well worth it  – a great way to end an all-night grad party.”   Sandy S. 

I have entertained at this school for 14 years now at their lock in event and she said the show is always a hit.

Well, I like to hear the laughter and enjoy seeing the students enjoying seeing their friends be the stars of the show as I make the magic look like it is done by them. This is in the blog to show that High School kids love the unusual tricks and stunts and find the comedy very fun.  I tailor the show to corporate adult groups or even Jr. High audiences.

Sure I do kid shows and family events.  But I include this here to show that all ages enjoy the comedy and fun.
