Mr. Norm with the Minnesota Wild Guy Nordy!! This cool critter even helped do a magic trick with the Minnesota Magician. This shot is at the MSP Airport during a charity event that the Delta Pilots put on. Some question what species this mascot its and according to the Wild Website Nordy is a mix of bear and fox wearing hockey hair and a green “M” right there on his forehead. Nordy wears the jersey number 18,001.

Comedy Magician entertains at the Minnesota Magicians Hockey arena before the game. He tried his best to spread some magic onto the team so they would have a “Hat Trick” that evening. This Fun and Fascinating Family Magician in Minneapolis brings fun to hundreds of events each year.
My goal is to make everyone feel special and a part of the show. All the kids get to participate in some way during this fun magic show.
The audience gets to see many fast paced and funny magic tricks. This presentation can be adapted to fit all ages. Young children in pre-school laugh and giggle. I also do comedy magic for Jr. Highs and High Schools…. It is magical fun for everyone.

Your school can have a visit from a best selling children’s book author. It is easy to schedule a visit and along with the program the students learn about the writing process with Mr. Norm’s writing workshops. It is a fun way to discover that writing is fun!
The workshops bring a few improvisation techniques along with story starters to get the student’s minds thinking on how to develop the story with characters and a conflict to fix. or resolve. It is very interactive and the students leave realizing how creative they all are.

It is fun to be a comedy magician at festivals in Minnesota.
It has been a joy to present comedy magic shows each day at the Minnesota State Fair. We do 4 – 5 shows a day and enjoy bringing some smiles to the crowds.
Here we are doing magic for some teen ages between the magic shows at the MN State Fair.On stage as the crowd starts to grow at the Minnesota State Fair Magic show. I bring magic and fun between the band’s performances. There is a different band every day and so I get to enjoy some top music.

Wow it is fun to bring magic for families to events and festivals in Minneapolis area. Recently at Brooklyn Park’s lovely Springbrook Nature Center for their Spring Fling. That’s the stage where I brought two comedy magic shows to the families at this special event.
It was fun to do walk around magic too! Here are three of the volunteers watching the pen vanish and re appear.
It is fun to be a Minnesota Magician. I love to entertain at family events with the unique tricks and the comedy fun. The kids come up and get involved int he show and that is the fun part. You never know what will happen. But their reactions to the tricks that they help do is always fun to see for the audience and for me.

Last week I presented I love to Read Month programs at schools in the Wausau area including Schofield, WI. the show is so fun – I love to hear the laughter from the students as they are encouraged to read and enjoy the library.

The audience of over 400 people enjoyed the magic at Nest Fest featured Magician Norm Barnhart – Many children helped make the magic happen. This is a snap shot of the act and she is about to make the amazing vanishing trick happen.

It was fun to bring the comedy and magic show to the families in Roger’s, MN. This Hennepin County Library has had the magic show by Mr. Norm at least 6 times over the past 20 years. I enjoy hearing the laughter. It is exciting to get kids motivated to read.
